If your group is planning an activity and would like it posted here. Send a flyer in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and all information pertaining to the activity to webmaster@westhawaiiaa.org. The West Hawaii Intergroup Web Guidelines state that any information posted to this website has to be scrubbed of any and all personal information, so any flyers sent has to be clear of all personal information (i.e. last names, addresses, & phone numbers). (See the Approved Web Guidelines in PDF format below). Also the webmaster can create an activity specific email for your group and forward that email to anyone you wish to have access, just ask the webmaster!
